Ap Sogi - Short Forward Stance

Stage 3




Stage 2
Stage 1 - 'charyot sogi' (attention stance) - Standing upright; feet at approximately 45
                  degrees angle; fists clenched; arms down by the sides.

Stage 2 -  keep left foot fixed on the floor, pivot right foot on ball of foot to the right
                   approximately 3" or until it points straight forward (do not move right foot heel).
                   Keep body upright; both heels on the ground; arms down by the sides.


Stage 3 - 'ap sogi' (short forward stance) - From previous stance move left foot
                  approximately 1 foot forward (foot pointing forward). Keep body upright; both heels
                  on the ground; arms down by the sides. Body weight should be evenly distributed
                  on both feet.
